The research is rooted in the overarching requirement for the launch stability of a specific piece of equipment. A high-fidelity digital prototype model was established. It was used to facilitate requirement decomposition, design validation, and system optimization. Core design metrics were refined through numerical simulation. A methodology centered on system requirement decomposition was developed. Mechanistic analysis of launch dynamics was enabled by the implemented digital prototype. Stability objectives were transformed into quantifiable key design parameters (e.g. servo mechanisms, vehicle body structures). Design indicators were verified via multidisciplinary co-simulation. Results confirm the efficacy of the methodology in identifying key design metrics that affect launch stability. Deterministic guidance is provided for equipment system design. Physical prototype testing is substituted with virtual validation. Equipment development efficiency and system design reliability are significantly enhanced.
