Abstract

SLM(selective laser melting) is regarded as the core development direction of metal additive manufacturing by virtue of its advantages of high precision and high degree of freedom, playing an important role in fields such as aerospace and medical devices. First, the relevant research achievements at home and abroad on high-entropy alloys in SLM were summarized from the aspects of phase structure stability, thermophysical properties, and improvement of mechanical properties for performance regulation of high-entropy alloys. Secondly, the research status at home and abroad on the influence of process parameters of SLM high-entropy alloys on defects, density, and mechanical properties was expounded, elaborately summarized and discussed. Finally, the future research focuses on gradient design of high-entropy alloys, dynamic feedback closed-loop of process parameters, and multi-physical field coupling simulation were summarized and prospected.
