With the growing demand for equipment intelligence and high reliability in modern power systems, the traditional tensioning clamps have been difficult to meet the requirements of real-time monitoring and fault early warning, so there is an urgent need to develop a new type of intelligent equipment. By applying embedded technology to tension clamps and successfully integrating it with intelligent monitoring equipment, an all-in-one intelligent tension clamp was developed. The tensioning clamp adopted modular design, integrating monitoring system self-supply function, temperature, tensile force, current sensors, data acquisition and processing, communication function in one, realizing the real-time monitoring of the operating status of the tensioning clamp. During the development process, the electromagnetic environment of the transmission line was simulated through electromagnetic simulation, the design was optimized, and the feasibility of the development results was verified through electromagnetic compatibility (electro magnetic compatibility, EMC) tests on the prototype. The experimental results show that the integrated intelligent tensioning clamp studied still shows good performance in a strong electromagnetic environment, and can meet the requirements of modern power systems for high reliability of equipment, providing design experience and reference value for the future development of intelligent power equipment.
