In order to solve the problem that conventional normal pressure differential toe-end sliding sleeves in Qingshankou Formation shale oil wells cannot meet the full wellbore pressure test, based on the opening principle of conventional differential pressure sliding sleeves, a delayed opening toe-end sliding sleeve prototype that meets the full wellbore pressure test conditions was designed. Verification analysis was carried out using numerical simulation and indoor testing methods. The results show these as follows. The tool is subject to a hydraulic pressure of 110 MPa, and the maximum internal stress value is 835.935 MPa, which is less than the allowable stress of the material 930 MPa. The tool meets the design requirements. When the diameter of the delay valve nozzle is between 0.5 mm and 0.6 nm, the numerical simulation and theoretical calculation results are relatively close. When the number of shear pins is less than or equal to 5, the test value of the sliding sleeve's opening pressure is approximately equal to its theoretical calculation value, and the relative error value is at least 1.64%; when the number of shear pins is 6 and a delay mechanism is installed, After the tool shears the pin, it can be opened with a delay of 28.3 minutes, and the relative error with the preset value is only 5.67%.
