Based on the development practice of deep shale gas in the southern Sichuan Basin, inter-well frac-hit dominated by negative impacts has become a key factor restricting development efficiency and benefits, posing significant challenges to the sustainable development of deep shale gas. Shale gas platform wells in the Zigong Block of southern Sichuan were taken as the target area. The actual distribution of natural fractures on the platforms was finely characterized by combining various sources including core, logging, and earthquake information. On this basis, a multi-well complex fracture propagation model was established using the UFM (unconventional fracture model), in which natural fractures were categorized into three levels of development: strong, moderate, and weak. The effects of key parameters such as well spacing, pumping rate, and cluster spacing on the competitive propagation behavior of multi-cluster fractures under varying natural fracture conditions were analyzed. The characteristics of frac-hit and countermeasures for deep shale platform wells were clarified. The results indicate that in zones with strongly developed natural fractures, with complex fracture networks and hydraulic fractures are more likely to be captured in the near-wellbore region. In such cases, a higher pumping rate, smaller cluster spacing, and higher viscosity fracturing fluid are recommended to reduce frac-hit risks. However, the presence of large faults or dominant fractures may require further adjustment of fracturing parameters to prevent inter-well communication. In moderately fractured zones, fracturing parameters should be optimized to balance fracture propagation and frac-hit control, ensuring effective reservoir stimulation. In weakly fractured zones, hydraulic fractures tend to propagate uniformly, and precise control of construction parameters is necessary to avoid inter-well fracture communication. Based on these findings, an optimization chart for anti-interference fracturing construction parameters adjustment was developed to guide field fracturing operations. It is concluded that the differentiated design of construction parameters based on the distribution of natural fractures can effectively reduce the impact of frac-hit and provides technical support for improving the overall development performance of shale gas wells in southern Sichuan.
