To explore the impact of different exit combinations of C919 domestic airliners on evacuation efficiency, an emergency evacuation test was conducted based on the test environment of a dynamic simulation cabin. The movement data of personnel in the test video was marked and counted by frame to provide data support for the simulation model. It was shown by the real-person testing that the average passing and staying times for Type C and Type Ⅲ were 1.97 seconds per person and 6.86 seconds per person. The average sliding time on the emergency slide was measured to be 1.83 seconds. In the seating area, the movement speeds of individuals in the inner, middle and outer sections were found to 0.20 m/s to 0.64 m/s, 0.16 m/s to 1.00 m/s, and 0.19 m/s to 2.71 m/s. In the aisle area, the movement speed ranged between 1.076 m/s and 3.625 m/s. A full-process emergency evacuation model for single-aisle passenger aircraft was constructed using AnyLogic, and evacuation efficiency under different exit combinations was analyzed after inputting the human movement data into the simulation model. The simulation experiment results indicated that opening the rear hatch reduced evacuation time by 24 seconds compared to opening the emergency hatch, while opening the front hatch reduced evacuation time by 9 seconds compared to the emergency hatch. Additionally, opening a single middle door reduced evacuation time by 7 seconds compared to opening doors on both sides. During evacuation, inertia behavior and tendencies to choose the nearest exit were observed. The simulation model was validated for reliability and accuracy, providing a simulation tool to enhance the full-process emergency evacuation efficiency of C919 domestic large aircraft.
