The issue of diminished experimental accuracy arising from the "static-to-dynamic calibration" method employed in fatigue testing machines, which subsequently affects manufacturing processes, has prompted the development of a high-precision dynamic calibration system specifically designed for fatigue testing machines. Based on the Verification Regulation for Axial Force Fatigue Testing Machines(JJG 556—2011). The system utilizes domestically produced CLY series spoke-type tension and compression load sensors from SINOTEST Testing as its core force-measuring components. It is further enhanced by additional devices such as laser displacement sensors and data acquisition cards, facilitating precise measurement of dynamic forces in fatigue testing machines. The software program was written in LabVIEW, with functions including data acquisition, equivalent stiffness calculation, inertial force correction, dynamic calibration and data query, etc., ensuring the automation of the calibration process and the accuracy of the results. This system supports a wide range of acquisition volumes (from 0 kN to 300 kN) and acquisition frequencies (from 0 Hz to 200 Hz), meeting the calibration requirements of high, medium and low frequency testing machines. The dynamic calibration experiments of the GPS100 high-frequency fatigue testing machine and the PWS-300 electro-hydraulic servo fatigue testing machine show that the calibration result error after inertial force correction is controlled within 1%, which meets the requirements of domestic and international standards and effectively realizes the function of dynamic force calibration of the fatigue testing machine.
