Abstract

With the operation of the Chinese space station, material support has become a top priority. At present, materials are mainly transported in the of cargo packages through freight spacecraft, using foam cushioning materials on the outside of the cargo, and overall binding and fixing on the honeycomb sandwich panel of the. There is a large mechanical response during the ascent stage. How to reduce the useless mechanical weight of the product and increase the effective payload ratio of the freight spacecraft the research content of this article. By studying the F4 type cargo package, a topology optimization model with structural compliance as the objective function was established, and simulation and experiments were conducted on four weight reduction conditions of three devices. The results prove that the model can effectively reduce the weight of the equipment.
