Abstract

In order to deeply study the motion characteristics of the laminar flow cooler tipping system, it is necessary to establish an accurate mechanical hydraulic joint simulation model. According to the requirements for the use of the tilting system, the overall structure and hydraulic system were designed. Based on the ADAMS and AMESim software platforms, a mechanical hydraulic joint simulation model for the laminar flow cooler tilting system was established, and the changes in load, flow rate, speed, and rotating joint force of the hydraulic cylinder were analyzed. The parameter optimization was carried out for the asymmetric structural design of the tilting system, and it was determined that when the vertical projection distance between the hinge point of the hydraulic cylinder and the hinge point of the rotary joint 1 was 456 mm, the difference of the force on the rotary joint was zero, which improves the motion characteristics of the tilting system and provides a theoretical basis for the selection of standard components. By adjusting the tilting speed through outlet throttling speed regulation, the speed and load fluctuations of the tilting system during movement are reduced. The correctness of the joint simulation model is verified through on-site application.
