Icing of wind turbine blades is one of the important factors affecting the safe operation of wind turbines, and the anti-icing of blades has become a hot issue that needs to be solved urgently. Aniline was used to improve the dispersion of graphene in polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) matrix, and the layered graphene emeraldiline benzene (GEB)/polyvinylidene fluoride composite electrothermal coating was prepared by spin coating, and the mechanical properties, electrothermal properties and de-icing properties of the composite coating were experimented. The results show that under the same GEB content, the tensile strength and maximum strain value of the sample prepared by the spin coating method are increased by 38.3% and 118.8% compared with the brush coating method. Under the loading voltage of 20 V, the extreme value of the heating of the spin coating method was increased by 8.62℃ compared with that of the brush coating method, and the de-icing time of the spin coating sample was reduced by about 20 seconds compared with that of the brush coating sample in the multi-inclination environment. It can be seen that the layered stacking structure constructed by the spin coating method can enhance the tensile strength and flexibility of the coating, and has good electrothermal and de-icing properties while improving the mechanical properties of the coating, which provides a new idea for the de-icing of electrothermal coatings.
