With less and less recoverable reserves in conventional gas fields, more and more attention has been paid to difficult-to-deploy resources such as tight gas. In order to increase the degree of reserves exploitation of tight sandstone gas fields, refined models of various attributes of geological gas reservoirs were established according to geological structure characteristics and logging data, geological sweet spots and engineering sweet spots of target formations were evaluated, horizontal well cluster locations were optimized, and multi-stage and multi-cluster fracture morphology simulation and gas reservoir production numerical simulation were carried out. The results of horizontal well development were analyzed, and the measures to tap the potential capacity of the gas field were put forward, and the integrated simulation technology of geological engineering of tight sandstone gas reservoir was formed. The results show that the fracture model established by the finite element method can accurately describe the fracture morphology of multiple stages and clusters. On this basis, combining the multi-stage and multi-cluster fracture model with the reservoir matrix property model, the pressure sweep range and the dynamic change of production after fracturing can be further analyzed. Exploring and popularizing geoengineering integrated simulation technology in tight sandstone gas field in SM Block provides valuable ideas for efficient development of gas field.
