The distinctions between BIM(building information modeling) and GIS(geographic information system) technologies in terms of data sources and information representation pose significant challenges in achieving the integration of data information and the generation of computable models. Taking the material point model as the integrated medium, based on the parametric modeling technology of BIM and the stratum modeling technology of GIS, the artificial fill slope and the three-dimensional geological model were constructed respectively, and the three-dimensional material point model reflecting the original terrain, geological structure and structure information was constructed by integrated fusion. On this basis, the material point method (MPM) was used to simulate and analyze the whole process of large deformation instability of high fill slope. Taking the high fill slope of a mountain industrial park as the research object, a three-dimensional material point model integrating artificial fill slope and original slope was constructed by using the above model integration method, and its potential failure mechanism and influence range were analyzed. The results show that if there is no front retaining wall to support the filling of the platforms, large-scale collapse will occur. The deposit with a thickness of about 11 meters will cover the road below and affect the piers and bridge columns. The F4 and B1 platforms are located in the narrow mouth terrain, which can still ensure the overall stability of the rear platform. The integrated model method provides a new idea for constructing a computable numerical model that integrates natural geological bodies and artificial structures.
