Abstract

In order to solve the limitation of the application of photoacoustic imaging technology due to the serious loss of high-frequency photoacoustic signal in the transmission process, a model for realizing the directional transmission of broadband high-frequency photoacoustic signal was designed on the acoustic metamaterial structure, and the model was established by COMSOL Multiphysics software, and the simulation test was carried out. The test results show that the model has good directional transmission effect for 200 ~ 1 000 kHz high-frequency sound wave, has good broadband directional low loss transmission characteristics, and can well solve the problem of sound energy loss in the process of high-frequency sound wave transmission. Taking 700 kHz photoacoustic signal as an example, the transmission characteristics of photoacoustic signal in the model were studied. The research shows that the model can achieve good local sound field enhancement effect in the process of transmitting high-frequency sound waves, and the model can meet the needs of high-frequency signal transmission in the application of photoacoustic imaging technology.
