In view of the influence of different turbulence models on the flow characteristics of cavitating jet flow field, based on the ZGB (Zwart-Gerber-Belamri) cavitation model and the WALE (wavelet analysis of Lagrangian errors) sub-grid model, the large eddy simulation (LES) and RANS (Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes) models were used to carry out numerical simulation research on the cavitating jet flow field of the organ tube nozzle, analyze the pressure distribution, velocity distribution and the evolution law of the cavitating cloud of the internal and external flow fields, and compare the evolution law of the cavitating cloud with the experimental results. The results show that the velocity and pressure distribution of LES model are more in line with the actual situation, and the evolution law of cavitation cloud is basically consistent with the results of high-speed photography. The LES model can more accurately simulate the cavitation water jet flow field of the organ nozzle.
