In order to deeply investigate the erosion characteristics of gas-solid two-phase flow in high-sulfur natural gas gathering and transportation pipelines, taking the actual production situation of the typical Puguang gas field in China as an example, the numerical coupling method of computational fluid dynamics ( CFD ) and discrete phase model ( DPM ) was used to study the distribution law of erosion wear of L360QS seamless elbow caused by sulfur particles during the transportation of sulfur-containing natural gas, with gas mass flow rate, operating pressure, temperature, elbow bending rate and sulfur particle size as five control variables. The results show that there is an exponential positive correlation between gas mass flow rate and erosion rate. When the mass flow rate of dry gas is greater than 15.36 kg/s, the sensitivity of erosion wear to gas mass flow rate is higher than that of bend curvature and particle size. When the operating pressure of gathering and transportation pipeline is 8~10 MPa, the sensitivity of gas viscosity to pressure is higher than that to temperature. When the pressure increases, the viscosity increases and the maximum erosion wear rate decreases. When the bending rate R/D≥ 2, the influence of elbow pressure loss on erosion tends to be stable. When the particle size is 10~50 μm, the maximum erosion area at the elbow is mainly distributed between 45.37° ~78.11° on the inner curved surface of the elbow. The results can provide reference for the safety design of sulfur-containing gathering pipeline, reducing erosion risk and prolonging service life.

利用Finnie、DNV(det norske veritas)、Oka、E/CRC 4种冲蚀模型[17]计算得到的数值与Vieira的实验数据进行对比,结果如图8所示。结果表明:对于同种砂粒在不同介质流速下冲蚀弯管47°处内壁,Oka模型得到的最大壁面损失率与实验结果最为接近;侵蚀严重区域呈V字形,且侵蚀结果随流速增大呈上升趋势。
