Abstract:Aiming at the problem of strong mine pressure in the advance area of thick and hard roof-wide coal pillar gob-side entry mining, taking the crossheading of WII02040502 working face in a mine in Xinjiang as the engineering background, the formation mechanism of strong mine pressure under the combined action of adjacent goaf, 38 m wide coal pillar, thick and hard roof and advance disturbance of working face is analyzed by means of field investigation, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field monitoring, and the measures of advanced pressure relief with different sources are put forward. The results show that the three typical strong mine pressure behaviors in the upper crossheading are concentrated in the range of 40 ~ 61 m in advance of the working face, and the damage is mainly caused by the side spalling of the coal pillar, the floor heave, the local subsidence of the roof and the damage of the supporting components. The spatial superposition of suspended roof load transfer of thick and hard roof, static load energy storage of wide coal pillar and advanced abutment pressure of working face is the main mechanism for the reduction of bearing capacity in the advanced area of upper crossheading and the occurrence of local strong mine pressure. The numerical simulation shows that the peak stress of the typical advanced stress measurement line increases from 11.17 MPa to 22.09 MPa during the advancing process of the working face, and the peak position is mainly concentrated in the front of the coal wall 4 ~ 12 m ; although the range of 40-60 m ahead of the peak is not the peak area, the average vertical stress increases from 10.18 MPa to 13.61 MPa, which is in the post-peak high static load attenuation section for a long time. Based on this, a sub-source collaborative advanced pressure relief scheme of " roof pre-splitting roof cutting-coal pillar energy release pressure relief-working face advanced weakening " is proposed. After field application, the average value of apparent resistivity increased from 104 Ω·m to 155 Ω·m, the stress of shallow and deep base point coal decreased by about 21.0 % and 57.3 % respectively, the total energy and frequency of microseismic decreased by 43.05 % and 46.26 % respectively, and the stability of roadway surrounding rock was improved.
