    针对现有沥青路面坑槽修补质量评价体系侧重结构与使用性能、忽视修补区域与原路面视觉一致性的问题,提出将色差作为修补质量评价的重要指标,探索适用于沥青路面修补场景的色差定量化评价方法。依托陕西省国省道沥青路面专项调研,采集不同服役年限、修补材料和施工工艺条件下的路面图像样本。基于颜色校正与感兴趣区域采样方法,在CIELab色空间中分别采用CIELAB76、CIE94和CIEDE2000三种色差公式计算修补区域与原路面之间的色差,通过分光色差仪实测数据进行验证。开展目视色差评价试验,获取主观评分(MOS),并采用相关性分析方法评估客观色差指标与人眼视觉感知之间的一致性。结果表明:修补区域色差普遍存在,ΔE00的均值和中位数分别为18.86和14.92,大多数样本达到人眼可明显感知的色差水平;与分光色差仪实测结果相比,ΔE00的MAE、RMSE和MAPE分别为0.598、0.729和11.75%,显著优于CIELAB76和CIE94;主观评价结果显示,评价者间一致性良好(ICC=0.87),ΔE00与MOS之间具有显著正相关关系(Pearson r =0.91,Spearman ρ =0.89);基于ΔE00–MOS映射关系,建立了修补色差的视觉分级标准:视觉优良(ΔE00≤5)、视觉合格(5<ΔE00≤10),视觉不合格(10<ΔE00 ≤20)和视觉差(ΔE00>20)四个等级。CIEDE2000色差公式在沥青路面坑槽修补色差评价中具有更高的测量精度和视觉一致性,所提出的色差分级阈值可为修补质量评价和养护决策提供定量化依据。

    Abstract:

    The existing evaluation systems for asphalt pavement pothole repair focused on structural and service performance while ignoring the visual consistency between the repaired area and the original pavement. Color difference was proposed as an important indicator for assessing repair quality. A quantitative evaluation method of color difference suitable for asphalt pavement repair scenarios was developed. Road surface images were collected from national and provincial highways in Shaanxi Province, covering different service years, repair materials, and construction methods. Color correction and region-of-interest (ROI) sampling methods were applied. In the CIELab color space, CIELAB76, CIE94, and CIEDE2000 color difference formulas were used to calculate the color difference between repaired areas and original pavement. The calculated results were verified with spectrophotometer measurements. A visual color difference evaluation test was conducted to obtain mean opinion scores (MOS). Correlation analysis was used to assess the consistency between objective color difference indicators and human visual perception. Results indicated that color differences in repaired areas were common, with ΔE00 mean and median values of 18.86 and 14.92, respectively. Most samples reached levels clearly perceptible to the human eye. Compared with spectrophotometer measurements, ΔE00 had mean absolute error(MAE), root mean square error(RMSE), and mean absolute percentage error(MAPE) values of 0.598, 0.729, and 11.75%, respectively, which were significantly better than CIELAB76 and CIE94. Subjective evaluation showed good consistency among evaluators (ICC=0.87). ΔE00 was strongly positively correlated with MOS(Pearson r=0.91,Spearman ρ=0.89). Based on the ΔE00–MOS mapping, a visual grading standard for repair color difference was established: excellent(ΔE00≤5), acceptable (5<ΔE00≤10), unacceptable(10<ΔE00≤20), and poor(ΔE00>20). The CIEDE2000 color difference formula provided higher measurement accuracy and better visual consistency in evaluating asphalt pavement pothole repairs. The proposed color difference grading thresholds offer quantitative references for repair quality evaluation and maintenance decision-making.
