    为提高高海拔铁路施工人员安全参与行为水平,从项目管理者应急领导力角度出发,基于资源保存理论、社会认知理论和保护动机理论,构建以安全自我效能为中介变量、高海拔环境风险感知为调节变量的理论模型,探究项目管理者应急领导力(含抗逆心态、韧性思维和应急素养三个维度)对高海拔铁路施工人员安全参与行为的影响机制。使用项目管理者应急领导力和安全参与行为等成熟量表,以高海拔铁路施工人员为研究对象进行问卷调查;运用多元线性回归(MLR)和模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)相结合的方法进行实证分析,以揭示变量间关系与组态驱动效应。研究结果表明,项目管理者应急领导力各维度均对安全参与行为产生显著正向影响;安全自我效能在项目管理者应急领导力各维度与安全参与行为关系中起中介作用;高海拔环境风险感知正向调节安全自我效能对安全参与行为的影响;fsQCA分析对MLR揭示的变量间线性关系形成补充,识别出4种驱动高安全参与行为的等效组态,其中“抗逆心态 + 韧性思维 + 安全自我效能+高海拔环境风险感知”为核心驱动组态。研究结果明确了高海拔铁路施工人员安全参与行为的影响机制与多元驱动路径,丰富了项目管理者应急领导力在施工安全管理领域的相关研究,可为高海拔铁路施工安全管理提供理论依据和实践参考。

    Abstract:

    To enhance the safety participation behavior level of high-altitude railway construction personnel, from the perspective of emergency leadership of project managers, based on resource conservation theory, social cognition theory and protection motivation theory, a theoretical model is constructed with safety self-efficacy as the mediating variable and perception of high-altitude environmental risks as the moderating variable. To explore the influence mechanism of emergency leadership of project managers (including three dimensions: resilience mentality, resilient thinking and emergency literacy) on the safety participation behavior of high-altitude railway construction personnel. Using mature scales such as emergency leadership and safety participation behavior of project managers, a questionnaire survey was conducted with high-altitude railway construction workers as the research subjects. An empirical analysis was conducted by combining multiple linear regression (MLR) and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) to reveal the relationships among variables and the configuration-driven effects. The research results show that all dimensions of project managers" emergency leadership have a significant positive impact on safety participation behavior. Safety self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the relationship between various dimensions of emergency leadership of project managers and safety participation behaviors. The positive moderating effect of high-altitude environmental risk perception on safety self-efficacy and safety participation behavior; The fsQCA analysis and the linear relationship among the variables revealed by MLR complement each other, identifying four equivalent configurations that drive high-safety participation behaviors, among which "resilience mindset + resilient thinking + safety self-efficacy + perception of high-altitude environmental risks" are the core driving configurations. The research results have clarified the influence mechanism and multiple driving paths of the safety participation behavior of high-altitude railway construction personnel, enriched the relevant research on the emergency leadership of project managers in the field of construction safety management, and can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the safety management of high-altitude railway construction.
