Abstract:Modern digital and intelligent technologies are revolutionizing the paradigm of aerospace science and technology, driving the comprehensive intelligent development of aerospace equipment. As the cradle of aircraft, aerodynamic equipment serves as a critical foundational strategic resource for the development of aerospace systems. Therefore, its development must proactively adapt to emerging technological trends, focusing on the digital and intelligent transformation of design, construction, and operation & maintenance (O&M) to support the modernization of aerospace capabilities. The current status and challenges of large-scale aerodynamic equipment are outlined, and the necessity of its digital transformation is analyzed in this paper. It provides an in-depth analysis of typical application scenarios, covering intelligent design and optimization, smart manufacturing and assembly, intelligent operation and control, condition monitoring and health management, as well as robotics for complex environments. On this basis, an outlook on the future development trends of intelligent aerodynamic equipment is presented in the paper.
