Abstract:An experimental study was conducted on the impact of thermal environment on operator performance due to insufficient thermal regulation capacity and ventilation efficiency in electronic cabins, which significantly affects operators" physiological, psychological conditions, and task efficiency. Based on the obtained data, a combination weighting method was used within the TOPSIS framework to quantitatively evaluate the impact of closed environments on operator work efficiency, and this was compared with existing typical models (RSR-TOPSIS) to validate the advantages of the improved model. The research findings provide a new methodological reference for incorporating thermal comfort into cognitive and operational performance assessments in enclosed environments.
