Abstract:In order to obtain the heat transfer characteristics under the influence of multiple heat sources in mine roadway, numerical simulation method is adopted to analyze the heat transfer of heat and solid coupling by relying on Fluent, Steady-State Thermal and Static Structural modules in ANSYS, and the heat flux density, thermal strain distribution of rock mass and temperature field distribution law of roadway under the influence of different wind speed and inlet air temperature are obtained. The results show that hot water has the most important influence on the temperature field of rock mass and air, and there are maximum values of heat flux and equivalent elastic strain at the interface between hot water and rock. After air is heated in hot water area, the temperature curve changes step by step and then increases steadily. The heat flux distribution of rock near it is less affected by heat producing car, but the equivalent elastic strain value in this area is higher. The temperature of the inlet air can change the air temperature field in the tunnel as a whole, and the lower the temperature, the better the cooling effect. Cooling by increasing wind speed has limitations, such as increasing wind speed from 15m/s to 20m/s, the air temperature drop value of most measuring points is below 0.7℃, and after the wind speed reaches a certain value, the ventilation cooling effect is very limited.
