    套筒灌浆缺陷是装配式结构常见的问题之一,可能对建筑安全造成严重隐患。为研究高温对灌浆缺陷套筒接头力学性能的影响,本文设计了温度(20-600℃)、缺陷位置(密实度/水平)和缺陷程度(10%-20%)等多参数耦合的单轴拉伸试验,揭示了高温与缺陷协同作用下的破坏机理。试验表明:在高温环境下,钢筋拔断与拔出是两种典型的破坏模式,其中密实度缺陷(20%缺陷程度)在20℃下就已发生拔出破坏;随着温度升高和缺陷程度增加,试件的极限承载力降低,400℃工况下降幅达到30.21%-47.33%,荷载-位移曲线的屈服平台呈现出增大坡度直至消失的退化过程。基于试验数据,本文构建了高温下连接性能的评价体系:(1)通过屈服比、强屈比及延性比的演化规律,提出指数型连接性能计算模型;(2)推导高温下含灌浆缺陷套筒的粘结应力预测模型,实现粘结强度的预测。研究表明:温度与缺陷程度的协同效应显著削弱了套筒和灌浆料间的粘结性能,密实度缺陷试件较水平缺陷对高温更为敏感。本研究为装配式结构的防火设计与套筒连接质量评估提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    Sleeve grouting defects pose significant safety risks in prefabricated structures. This study examines how high temperatures affect defective grouted sleeve connections through uniaxial tensile tests considering temperature (20-600°C), defect location (compactness/horizontal), and defect degree (10%-20%). Two failure modes were identified under combined thermal-defect conditions: steel bar fracture and pull-out. Specimens with compactness defects (20% degree) exhibited pull-out failure even at 20°C. Ultimate bearing capacity decreased significantly with rising temperature and defect severity, showing 30.21-47.33% reduction at 400°C. The load-displacement curves demonstrated progressive degradation as the yield plateau's slope increased until disappearance. An evaluation framework was established featuring: (1) an exponential performance model based on yield ratio, strength-to-yield ratio, and ductility ratio evolution, (2) a bond stress prediction model for defective sleeves under high temperatures. The temperature-defect synergy substantially weakened bond performance, with compactness defects showing greater thermal sensitivity than horizontal defects. This research provides theoretical support for fire-resistant design and quality assessment in prefabricated construction.
