    赤水丹霞地貌区因其红层砂岩的瑰丽色彩而具有独特的景观价值,前人在其色彩的研究中已经发现,红层砂岩的颜色会随各种条件的变化而表现出多样性。但对砂岩颜色影响因素的量化问题仍存在缺漏。为了探讨赤水丹霞地貌区砂岩在各影响因素下色彩的变化规律,在色彩值的量化上采用国际照明委员会(CIE)提出的Lab色彩空间,精准测定样品的色彩值。以此为标准,基于多维控制采样策略(平面拓展-垂向分层-单因素隔离),通过XRD矿物分析、SEM-EDS微观观测及分光光度法铁价态检测,揭示以下规律:(1)物质成分分析结果说明,赤铁矿与黏土矿物分别通过Fe3+的显色效应和吸附作用主导砂岩红色基调,Fe元素价态随深度变化而进一步改变砂岩显色特征;(2)微观分析显示,强风化带砂岩结构松散、颗粒破碎,裂隙率较微风化带提高22.19%,b值提升5.91,契合砂岩表面颜色更为鲜艳的宏观特性;(3)控制含水率或温度不变,按梯度进行单一变量实验,发现温度每升高10℃,b值平均降低0.38,含水率通过影响L值来改变砂岩颜色。研究揭示了物质成分、微观结构与环境变量对红层砂岩色彩的调控规律,为丹霞地貌区生态修复材料的色彩适配提供科学依据。

    Abstract:

    The Chishui Danxia landform in China is characterized by bright red-bed sandstone, yet the quantitative factors controlling its color diversity remain insufficiently understood. The study was aimed to investigate the mechanisms of sandstone color variation under environmental influences to support color matching in ecological restoration. A multidimensional sampling strategy, including planar–vertical isolation and single-factor control, was applied. Color parameters were measured using the CIE-Lab system. Mineral compositions were analyzed by XRD and SEM-EDS, and iron speciation was determined spectrophotometrically. Three main findings are obtained. (1) Hematite and clay minerals jointly control the dominant red tone through Fe3+-induced coloration and surface adsorption. (2) Microstructural analysis shows that sandstone in strongly weathered zones exhibits a looser fabric and more fractured grains; the b-value increases by 5.91 compared with weakly weathered zones, corresponding to a brighter surface appearance. (3) A temperature increase of 10 °C decreases the b-value by 0.38, while moisture affects brightness through variations in the L-value. Controlled experiments confirm these environmental effects. This study establishes a quantitative framework linking mineral composition, microstructural evolution, and environmental factors to color expression, providing a scientific basis for color-compatible restoration materials in Danxia landscapes.
