    针对钻探工程带来的环境污染问题,以研发一套环保水基钻井液体系为目标出发,选择瓜儿豆胶(GHV-90)、预糊化淀粉(GK-K325)、改性蓖麻油(PCMAS5)作为处理剂,通过正交实验确定了环保水基钻井液最佳配比:1%Na-B+0.6% GHV-90+1.5% GK-K325+1% PCMAS5,将该环保钻井液与特殊地层钻井液进行对比,开展线性膨胀试验、滚动回收试验、岩芯渗透压缩试验、抗污染实验和生物毒性测试,最后引入专家意见建立模糊评价模型,定量化界定该环保水基钻井液综合性能属于“良好”级次。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of environmental pollution caused by drilling engineering, from the perspective of developing environmentally friendly water-based drilling fluid system, guar gum ( GHV-90 ), pregelatinized starch ( GK-K325 ) and modified castor oil ( PCMAS5 ) were selected as environmentally friendly treatment agents. The optimum ratio of environmentally friendly water-based drilling fluid was determined by orthogonal experiment : 1 % Na-B + 0.6 % GHV-90 + 1.5 % GK-K325 + 1 % PCMAS5. The environmentally friendly drilling fluid was compared with the drilling fluid in special formations. Linear expansion test, rolling recovery test, core permeability compression test, anti-pollution test and biological toxicity test were carried out. Finally, expert opinions were introduced to establish a fuzzy evaluation model, and the comprehensive performance of the environmentally friendly water-based drilling fluid was quantitatively defined as ' fine ' level.
