    摘要:

    新能源和储能积极参与调度,对于降低配网运行成本、提高新能源消纳能力具有重要意义。本文建立了基于多目标函数的“源-网-储”协同互动模型,对含有分布式新能源与储能的配电网进行优化调度分析。首先基于风电和光伏的出力曲线特性,纳入了储能元件的荷电状态约束和运行经济成本、利润;随后采用加权求和的方式将多个目标函数汇总,获得了配网日内调度的优化策略。仿真结果表明,通过将分布式新能源和储能系统接入配电网、参与日内调度过程,可以显著降低峰时系统负荷压力,提升系统对新能源消纳的效果,同时可以减少配网日内调度运行成本,并获得一定的储能经济收益。

    Abstract:

    Great significance is possessed by the active participation of new energy and energy storage in scheduling regarding lowering the operating cost of the distribution network and improving the capacity of new energy consumption. A multi-objective function-based “source-network-storage” synergistic interaction model is established in this paper for the optimal scheduling of distribution networks containing distributed new energy sources and energy storage. Firstly, based on the characteristics of wind power and photovoltaic power curves, the load state constraints of energy storage elements, and the economic cost and profit of operation are incorporated; subsequently, multiple objective functions are aggregated by weighted summation to obtain the optimal strategy of intraday dispatch in the distribution network. The simulation results show that significant reduction in system load pressure during peak hours and enhancement of the system’s effect on new energy consumption can be achieved by connecting the distributed new energy and energy storage system to the distribution network and participating in the intraday dispatch process, while reduction in the intraday dispatch operation cost of the distribution network and certain economic benefits of energy storage can be obtained.
