    为探究工作联络回风巷对采空区自燃“三带”范围的影响规律,以山西某煤矿18505综采工作面为例,选取联络回风巷距工作面6种不同距离,构建物理模型,采用Fluent数值模拟方法,对采空区漏风流场进行数值模拟,分析研究联络回风巷在不同位置时采空区漏风流场变化和自燃“三带”分布规律。结果表明:随着联络回风巷距工作面的距离增大,采空区漏风流场从一源一汇演变为一源两汇;在工作面进风巷测和中部漏风风速呈现非线性递减趋势,在工作面回风侧漏风风速呈现出先降低后增大再降低的趋势;在工作面回风巷侧散热带宽度增大了约2.7倍,而在工作面中部和进风巷侧增幅均未超过75m;在采空区中部和进风侧采空区氧化升温带宽度均呈现递增趋势,采空区中部氧化升温带最大宽度达到199m;在采空区回风侧采空区氧化升温带宽度呈现递减趋势,宽度缩减了约0.5倍。研究结论可为相类似工作面的煤炭自燃防治提供指导。

    Abstract:

    To explore the impact of working contact airway on the distribution of the “three zones” of spontaneous combustion in goaf, a physical model was constructed at the 18505 fully-mechanized coal mining face of a mine in Shanxi Province, China, using Fluent numerical simulation methods at six different distances between the working contact airway and the face. The numerical simulation was conducted to analyze and study the changes in the leakage airflow field and distribution of the “three zones” of spontaneous combustion in goaf under different positions of the working contact airway. The results showed that with the increase of the distance between the working contact airway and the face, the leakage airflow field in the goaf changed from a source-sink to a source-two sinks. The wind speed in the intake airway and the middle section of the face showed a non-linear decreasing trend, while the leakage wind speed on the return airway side of the face showed a trend of decreasing and then increasing before decreasing again. The width of the cooling zone on the return airway side of the face increased by about 2.7 times, while the increase in width for the middle section and intake airway side of the face were no more than 75m. The width of the oxidation and heating zone in the middle section and intake airway side of the goaf showed an increasing trend, with the maximum width in the middle section reaching 199m. The width of the oxidation and heating zone on the return airway side of the goaf showed a decreasing trend, with the width decreasing by about 0.5 times. These findings can provide guidance for the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in similar working faces.
