    针对内蒙古中西部盐渍环境下古建筑青砖的损伤及服役寿命,配制3种盐溶液对青砖40次干湿循环腐蚀加速试验,一次干湿循环试验浸泡与60 ℃烘干均为12小时,测试其宏观性能、微观形貌和物相变化,并采用Wiener过程对青砖寿命预测,通过腐蚀损伤程度量化关系预测内蒙古中西部盐渍环境下古建筑青砖的剩余寿命预测。研究结果表明:随着干湿循环次数增加,青砖的宏观耐久性能呈差异性的退化趋势,退化程度为5%Na2SO4溶液>2.5%Na2SO4+2.5%NaCl复合盐溶液>5%NaCl溶液,青砖内部孔隙中盐结晶压力破坏、矿物质溶蚀水解、泥化和离子间置换反应等致其腐蚀劣化。在5%Na2SO4溶液、5%NaCl溶液和2.5%Na2SO4+2.5%NaCl复合盐溶液的干湿循环腐蚀加速试验下,青砖的寿命预测分别为1097小时、1646小时和1153小时,在内蒙古中西部盐渍环境下青砖剩余寿命预测分别为120年、139年和142年,试验研究结果为古建筑青砖的耐久性评估以及保护修缮提供指导性意见。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the damage and service life of ancient building green bricks in a saline environment in central and western Inner Mongolia, three kinds of salt solutions were prepared for 40 dry-wet cycle corrosion sped up tests of green bricks. One dry-wet cycle test was soaked and dried at 60 °C for 12 hours. The macroscopic properties, microscopic morphology and phase changes were tested, and the Wiener process was used to predict the service life of green bricks. The residual life of ancient building green bricks in a saline environment in central and western Inner Mongolia was predicted by the quantitative relationship of corrosion damage degree. The results show that with the increase of the number of dry-wet cycles, the macroscopic durability of the green bricks shows a different degradation trend. Degradation is 5 % Na2SO4 solution > 2.5 % Na2SO4 + 2.5 % NaCl composite salt solution > 5 % NaCl solution. The salt crystallization pressure destruction, mineral dissolution hydrolysis, regionalization and ion replacement reaction in the pores of the green bricks cause their corrosion deterioration.Under the sped up dry-wet cycle corrosion test of 5 % Na2SO4 solution, 5 % NaCl solution and 2.5 % Na2SO4 + 2.5 % NaCl composite salt solution, the life prediction of green bricks is 1097 hours, 1646 hours and 1153 hours, respectively. The remaining life prediction of green bricks in the saline environment in the central and western Inner Mongolia is 120 years, 139 years and 142 years, respectively. The experimental results provide guidance for the durability evaluation and protection and repair of ancient building green bricks.
