    针对孤岛工作面开采回采巷道受到强矿压作用控制困难的问题,本文以山西汇能煤业15102孤岛工作面为工程背景,研究了孤岛工作面顶板侧向结构及其对回采巷道稳定性的影响,提出采用切顶卸压技术保护巷道。研究结果表明:孤岛工作面顶板侧向结构可以分为变形移动区与弹性变形区,移动变形区域是发生应力增高的根源,对侧向顶板岩层移动变形区进行爆破切顶,可以减少顶板失稳对回采巷道的冲击影响。利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,分析了多种切顶方案的效果,给出了具体切顶参数,明确了切顶保护巷道稳定的方案,并进行现场试验。切顶后巷道围岩变形量显著降低,切顶效果良好,为类似孤岛工作面回采巷道的稳定性控制提供了借鉴。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problem that the mining roadway of island working face is difficult to control under the action of strong mine pressure, this paper takes island working face 15102 as the engineering background, studies the lateral structure of the roof of the island working face, the influence of the lateral structure of the roof on the roadway. The roof cutting and pressure relief technology is proposed to protect the roadway. The results show that the lateral structure of the roof of the island working face can be divided into the deformation moving area and the elastic deformation area. The moving deformation area is the root cause of the stress increase. The blasting roof cutting of the lateral roof strata moving deformation area can reduce the impact of roof instability on the mining roadway. By using FLAC3D numerical simulation software, the effect of various roof cutting schemes is analyzed, the specific roof cutting parameters are given, the scheme of roof cutting to protect the stability of roadway is clarified, and the field test is carried out. After roof cutting, the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway is significantly reduced, and the effect of roof cutting is good, which provides a reference for the stability control of mining roadway in similar island working face.
