    摘要:

    目前变压器生产中“以铝代铜”现象危害电力系统运行安全,然而变压器绕组材质无损辨识方法和技术存在很多障碍。采用高频谐波电阻法进行材质辨识,虽然已经能够对大多数变压器进行精确辨识,但是由于其判断依据相对单一,多种参数混杂在谐波电阻这一个参数中,容易对辨识的精确性产生影响。为了更准确更可靠的对变压器绕组材质进行无损辨识,该文对变压器的介质损耗进行计算,将其等效为谐波电阻值后,在实验数据中排除介质损耗的影响,实现数据提纯的效果。同时,为了更直观的展现铜铝绕组材质的区别,引入线性判别分析法(LDA)对测量数据进行降维处理,将二维数据降低至一维空间,同时结合小提琴图,对降维后的数据进行处理,形成更直观的更清晰的图表。通过理论和实验相结合,实验结果表明,该理论和方法能够迅速准确高效的对铜铝绕组材质进行辨识,具有较高的工程实用价值。

    Abstract:

    At present, the phenomenon of replacing copper with aluminum in transformer production poses a threat to the safe operation of the power system. However, there are many obstacles in the non-destructive identification methods and technologies for transformer winding materials. The high-frequency harmonic resistance method is adopted for material identification. Although most transformers can already be accurately identified, due to its relatively single judgment basis, multiple parameters are mixed in the harmonic resistance parameter, which can easily affect the accuracy of identification. In order to accurately and reliably identify the material of transformer windings without damage, the dielectric loss of the transformer is calculated in this article, which is equivalent to the harmonic resistance value. The influence of dielectric loss is excluded from the experimental data, achieving the effect of data purification. At the same time, in order to more intuitively display the differences in copper aluminum winding materials, linear discriminant analysis (LDA) is introduced to reduce the dimensionality of the measurement data, reducing the two-dimensional data to one-dimensional space. At the same time, combined with violin diagrams, the reduced data is processed to form a more intuitive and clear chart. By combining theory and experiment, the experimental results show that this theory and method can quickly, accurately, and efficiently identify the material of copper aluminum windings, and have high engineering practical value.
