    摘要:

    针对步进频体制雷达发射信号子脉冲切换速度慢,收发信号相位不相干的问题,设计了一种基于射频直采技术的步进频雷达收发系统。本系统对c波段雷达信号进行射频直采,所有信号处理过程均在数字域进行,系统集成度高且功耗小;采用快速跳频方式产生步进频信号,在6 ms之内实现1.8 GHz带宽的扫频,系统工作频段为200~2000 MHz,频率步长2 MHz,同时本系统中步进频信号的参数可根据探测要求更改。实验测试结果表明,该步进频雷达系统可以实现一维测距功能。

    Abstract:

    A stepped-frequency radar transmission and reception system based on RF direct sampling technology is designed to address the issues of slow switching speed of sub pulses and incoherent phase of transmission and reception signals in stepped-frequency radar. This system performs RF direct acquisition of C-band radar signals, and all signal processing processes are carried out in the digital domain. It also has high integration and low power consumption. Fast frequency hopping to generate stepped-frequency signals, achieving a frequency sweep of 1.8GHz bandwidth within 7ms. The system operates in the frequency range of 200-2000MHz with a frequency step of 2MHz. At the same time, the parameters of the stepped-frequency signal in this system can be changed according to detection requirements. The test results show that the stepped-frequency radar system can achieve one-dimensional ranging function.
