    彩钢板建筑在西北部分重点城市中大规模聚集,既表征了城市演变的过程,又在一定程度上影响了城市发展。研究城市彩钢板建筑群时空演化过程为城市景观格局分析提供新的视角和数据,有助于深入探讨城市景观格局的微观演变过程。本文以乌鲁木齐市为例,首先综合利用景观指数和多阶邻接度指数,分析了彩钢板建筑群景观格局变化与景观扩张模式,进而结合地理探测器模型,探究了2005-2020年乌鲁木齐市彩钢板建筑群景观格局变化规律的影响因素。结果表明:(1)乌鲁木齐市彩钢板建筑群扩张主要以大型彩钢板建筑为主,并大量聚集在工业园以及工业用地集中的地带,米东区和头屯河区是彩钢板建筑扩张速度最快的地区。(2)彩钢板建筑群扩张以蔓延式扩张为主,其扩张趋势逐年减弱。整体分布方式由离散分布逐渐向紧凑转变,城市用地效率也在不断提高。(3)交通因素是制约彩钢板建筑群扩张的重要因素。各因子之间均为双因子增强,其中交通条件与其他因子交互作用最为显著。

    Abstract:

    Color steel buildings are concentrated on a large scale in key cities in the northwest, representing the process of urban evolution, to a certain extent, affecting urban development. Studying the spatiotemporal evolution process of urban color steel buildings provides a new perspective and data for analyzing urban landscape patterns, which helps to explore the micro-evolution process of urban landscape patterns. Taking Urumqi City as an example, this paper first comprehensively uses landscape indices and multi-order adjacency indices to analyze the changes in the landscape pattern of color steel buildings and the pattern of landscape expansion. Then, combined with the geographical detector model, it explores the factors that influenced the changes in the landscape pattern of color steel buildings in Urumqi City from 2005 to 2020. The results show that: (1) The expansion of color steel buildings in Urumqi City is mainly dominated by large-scale color steel buildings, which are heavily concentrated in industrial parks and areas with concentrated industrial land. Midong District and Toutun River District are the areas with the fastest expansion of color steel buildings. (2) The expansion of color steel buildings is mainly spreading, and the trend of expansion is weakening year by year. The overall distribution mode is gradually changing from discrete to compact distribution, and the efficiency of urban land use is continuously improving. (3) Transportation factors are essential for expanding color steel buildings. The interaction between factors is enhanced by two factors, among which the interaction between transportation conditions and other factors is the most significant.
