    摘要:

    随着我国高压电缆数量和运行时间逐步增加,对于高压电缆交叉互联网络的接地状态监测和故障诊断带来了新的挑战。为了实现对高压电缆外护层破损、接地线开裂、互联箱进水等典型接地缺陷在演进过程中的提前预警,本文提出了利用高压电缆互联小段首末端护层电流对典型接地缺陷演进辨识和定位的方法。首先,建立了高压电缆交叉互联网络的等值电路模型;然后,基于等效模型提出了三种典型接地缺陷演进的仿真方法以及各缺陷演进辨识的判据;通过三类缺陷演进时的数据,表明基于护层环流计算的特征值可作为高压电缆典型接地缺陷演进辨识和定位的判据。

    Abstract:

    With the increasing number and running time of high voltage cable, the new challenges of ground state monitoring and fault diagnosis of cross interconnecting high voltage cables network are presented. In order to realize the early warning of the typical ground defects of the high voltage cable including PVC insulation layer breakage,ground wire breakage and the water of the interconnection box, the method of using sheath current at the head and tail of each section of cross interconnecting high voltage cables is proposed to identify and locate the typical ground defect evolution. First, the equivalent circuit model of cross interconnecting high voltage cables network is established. Then, the simulation method of the evolution of the three typical grounding defects and the identify criterion are proposed based on the equivalent model. The three types of defect evolution data can prove that the characteristic value calculated by the sheath circulation can be used to identify and locate the typical ground defect evolution of high voltage cables.
