    为解决现有城际旅客出行选择行为研究中存在的研究聚焦于城际出行段没有考虑出行全过程以及对影响因素和出行选择行为之间的关系进行充分性分析而未进行必要性分析的问题。从出行链视角出发考虑旅客出行全过程,以计划行为理论和顾客满意度理论为基础构建了中远程城际旅客出行选择行为模型。使用偏最小二乘的方差分析法(PLS-SEM)分析了感知价值和换乘行为对满意度、满意度和网络信息对出行行为意图之间的作用关系,利用必要条件分析法探究感知价值、满意度、出行行为意图所需的必要条件。研究结果表明:(1)除感知绿色性对感知价值因素不显著外,其余感知特征对感知价值都正向影响,感知价值和换乘行为对满意度有显著的正向影响,网络信息和满意度对出行行为意图有显著的正向影响;(2)满意度在感知价值和出行行为意图、换乘行为和出行行为意图起着重要的中介作用;(3)城际出行中,感知舒适性是感知价值的必要条件,感知价值是满意度的必要条件。

    Abstract:

    To address the limitations of current research on intercity passenger travel choice behavior, which only examines specific segments of intercity travel and fails to consider the entire travel process, this study conducts both sufficiency and necessity analyses on the relationship between influencing factors and travel choice behavior. From the perspective of the travel chain, we have constructed a travel choice behavior model for medium and long-distance intercity passengers based on the theory of planned behavior and customer satisfaction theory. Using partial least squares analysis of variance (PLS-SEM), we analyzed the relationship between perceived value and transfer behavior on satisfaction, satisfaction and online information on travel behavior intention. We also used necessity analysis to explore the required conditions for perceived value, satisfaction, and travel behavior intention. The results show that: (1) Apart from perceived greenness, which does not significantly affect the perceived value factor, all other perceptual characteristics have a positive impact on perceived value. Perceived value and transfer behavior have a significant positive influence on satisfaction. Online information and satisfaction also have a significant positive influence on the intention to travel. (2) Satisfaction plays an important mediating role in perceived value and travel behavior intention, transfer behavior and travel behavior intention. (3) In intercity travel, perceived comfort is a necessary condition for perceived value, and perceived value is a necessary condition for satisfaction.
