射孔完井近井地带等效剪切控制体物理模型

    摘要:

    为了研究地层对含聚液体的剪切降解作用,本文应用ANSYS软件求解了射孔完井近井地带的压力场和速度场分布,并用Matlab对压力场和速度场数据进行后处理,划分出了10段射孔孔眼控制体,计算了各控制体内等压面上的平均流速和各等压面沿流线轨迹到射孔孔壁距离,得出了各段孔眼控制体内渗流速度随流线轨迹上渗流距离的变化关系。通过变直径、等直径岩心组合物模实验,测试了各段孔眼控制体内沿流线轨迹不同渗流距离处聚合物溶液的流变性,用流量加权法计算出了整个射孔孔眼控制区域聚合物溶液粘度保留率,按照等效剪切原理确定了射孔孔眼等效剪切控制体的位置及参数,研制了射孔孔眼等效剪切控制体物理模型,该模型在定排量条件下即可准确模拟射孔完井近井地带的变速渗流场对含聚液体的剪切降解作用。

    Abstract:

    [ ] In order to study the shear degradation effect of the formation on the polymer containing liquid, In this paper, ANSYS software was used to solve the distribution of pressure field and velocity field near the perforation completion zone, and Matlab was used for post-processing of the pressure field and velocity field data. The entire perforation hole control area was divided into10 perforation hole control bodies. The average velocity of the isobaric surface in each control body and the distance between the isobaric surface and the perforation wall along the streamline trajectory were calculated. The relationship between the flow velocity in the control body and the flow distance along the streamline was obtained. The rheological properties of polymer solution at different flow distances in porous media along streamline in each perforation hole control body were tested by variable diameter and constant diameter core composition physical model experiments. The viscosity retention rate of polymer solution in the whole perforation control area was calculated by flow rate weighting method. According to the principle of equivalent shear, the position and parameters of the equivalent shear control body of perforation hole were determined, and the physical model of the equivalent shear control body of perforation hole was developed, which could accurately simulate the shear degradation of polymer solution in the variable velocity flow field in porous media near the perforation completion under the condition of constant displacement rate.
