    地铁建设的快速发展不可避免地会造成地铁线路与既有桥梁桩基的交叉工程冲突,为保证高架桥的安全和同步完成地铁隧道的施工,需对高架桥进行桩基托换。本文以贵阳市轨道交通3号线花果园西站~花果园东站区间隧道下穿贵黄路高架桥为研究对象,利用有限元软件对桩基托换全过程和隧道施工穿越过程进行了数值模拟,并与现场监测数据相对比分析,验证了数值模拟结果的准确性,并研究了托换过程中桥梁变形与桩基受力变化规律。结果表明:采用被动托换技术和托换承台作为承载结构对桥梁进行桩基托换,桥梁上部结构荷载在既有桩截断后能有效传递给托换体系,桥墩呈先隆起后沉降再趋于稳定的规律,桥梁与桩基变形与托换体系受力均在安全范围内,托换桩受力与沉降并不均匀;隧道施工穿越并未对新建托换体系造成太大影响,该桩基托换方案是安全可行的。

    Abstract:

    The rapid development of metro construction will inevitably cause the metro line and the existing bridge pile foundation cross engineering conflicts, in order to ensure the safety of the viaduct and the simultaneous completion of the construction of the metro tunnel, the viaduct needs to be pile foundation replacement. In this paper, Guiyang city rail transit line 3 Huaguoyuan West Station ~ Huaguoyuan East Station interval tunnel under Guihuang Road viaduct as the research object, the use of finite element software on the whole process of pile foundation replacement and tunnel construction through the process of numerical simulation, and with the on-site monitoring data compared to analyse and validate the accuracy of the results of the numerical simulation, and to study the replacement process of the bridge deformation and the change rule of the pile foundation force. The results show that: using passive replacement technology and replacement bearing platform as the bearing structure of the bridge for pile replacement, the bridge superstructure load can be effectively transferred to the replacement system after the existing pile truncation, the abutment is firstly uplifted and then settled and then tends to be stable, the bridge deformation and the replacement system force are within the safety range, the replacement pile force and settlement is not uniform; the tunnel construction crossing did not have too much influence on the new replacement system, the pile foundation replacement programme has no impact on the new system, and it has a great influence on the new system, and it has a great influence on the new system. The tunnel construction crossing does not affect the new replacement system too much, the pile foundation replacement scheme is safe and feasible.
