    城市人口过度空间聚集导致“城市病”现象频发,精细尺度下城市人口空间分布研究,为城市人口疏导制定科学合理的方案,对于解决快速人口城镇化带来的人口空间聚集、区域发展失衡、资源分配失调等问题具有重要意义。本研究以重庆市中心城区为例,提出了一种基于建成环境的城市人口职住分布空间化方法,首先基于多源地理数据获取建成环境变量;其次计算建成环境变量与职住人口的灰色关联度,实现强相关建成环境变量的筛选;最后采用随机森林模型对所筛选变量进行训练,构建职住人口空间化模型。结果表明,本方法对于职住人口空间化拟合精度较高,可以有效地运用建成环境指标模拟城市职住人口空间分布,从而精准掌握职住人口空间分布情况,为人口疏导方案的制定、区域经济发展的平衡、区域间产业和居住等资源的优化配置提供科学决策依据。

    Abstract:

    Excessive spatial concentration of the urban population leads to a high incidence of "urban disease". The study on the spatial distribution of urban population at a fine scale is of great significance in formulating a scientific and reasonable plan for the de-population of cities, which is important for solving the problems of spatial concentration of population, imbalance of regional development and imbalance of resource allocation brought about by rapid population urbanization. Using Chongqing central city as an example, this study proposes a method for spatializing the distribution of urban occupations based on the built environment: firstly, the built environment variables are obtained based on multi-source geographical data; secondly, the grey correlation between the built environment variables and the working population is calculated to achieve the screening of the strongly correlated built environment variables; finally, the random forest model is used to train the screened variables and construct the spatialization model of the working population. The results show that this method can effectively simulate the spatial distribution of the urban working and residential population by using the built environment indicators, so as to accurately grasp the spatial distribution of the working and residential population, and provide a scientific decision-making basis for the formulation of population evacuation plans, the balance of regional economic development, and the optimal allocation of industrial and residential resources between regions.
