    随着液体运载火箭型号越来越多,各型号贮箱箱底不统一的技术状态严重制约了箱底生产产业化能力的提升。液体运载火箭贮箱箱底承载推进剂,承受和传递沿着箭体轴向和径向的载荷,是航天装备先进性与可靠性的决定因素之一。为了解决火箭贮箱生产能力与任务需求之间的矛盾,本文基于现役贮箱箱底的开孔特点和承载能力,对贮箱箱底进行了型谱构建。通过研究工况、承载能力和箱底厚度之间的联系,将其参数化。统型开孔分布和箱底厚度,实现贮箱的产品化。将箱底统型、箱底厚度设计和自动化建模这一完整的设计流程集成贮箱箱底自动化设计平台,为贮箱箱底的研发设计提供新的设计思路与方法。有利于快速选型、加速液体火箭研究进程,提升箱底生产产品化能力。

    Abstract:

    With the increase in the types of liquid launch vehicles, the contradiction between the production capacity of the rocket storage tank and the task demand is more and more prominent, and the non-uniform technical status of the storage tank bottom of each model seriously restricts the enhancement of the industrialization capacity of the tank bottom production. The bottom of the liquid launch vehicle storage tank carries the propellant, bears and transmits the axial and radial loads along the body of the rocket, and is one of the determining factors of the advanced and reliable space equipment. In order to solve the contradiction between the production capacity of rocket storage tanks and the mission demand, this paper carries out the construction of storage tanks based on the opening characteristics and bearing capacity of the storage tanks in service, and carries out the construction of storage tanks based on the profile. It is parameterized by studying the connection between working conditions, carrying capacity and tanks bottom thickness. The distribution of openings and the thickness of the bottom of the storage tanks are unified to realize the productization of the storage tanks. The complete design process of tanks bottom unification, tanks bottom thickness design and automated modeling is integrated into the automated design platform of storage tanks box bottom, which provides new design ideas and methods for the research and development of storage tanks bottom. It is conducive to rapid selection, accelerating the liquid rocket research process, and enhancing the ability of productization of tanks bottom production.
