    近年来,结构健康监测(SHM)技术在建筑安全检测领域完成了大量研究和应用案例,相比与传统检测技术,SHM技术借助其数字化、自动化、智能化的特点,展现出良好的监测效率和准确率。本文对应用于历史保护建筑上的SHM技术进行了总结,重点讨论了基于图像、超声波、数字履历和传感器的四大类监测方法的技术要点和发展现状。文章对各种监测技术的基本理论和应用特点进行阐述,通过介绍历史保护建筑健康监测的前沿技术和存在的问题,给出了技术发展和优化方向。同时,以上海武康大楼数字化SHM系统为例,展示了从信息获取、建筑信息模型构建、数值分析、监测网络布置、数据分析到最终数字化运维管理的完整技术链条,阐述各项技术之间的协调运行关系。

    Abstract:

    Recently, research and case studies on the application of structural health monitoring (SHM) techniques in structural safety assessment have been widely reported. With their digital, automatic, and intelligent process, SHM techniques perform well in monitoring efficiency and accuracy compared to the conventional manual investigation. The monitoring techniques that have been applied to historic buildings are summarized in this paper. Techniques are classified as vision-based, wave-based, archive-based, and sensor-based approaches to discuss their technical content and current development. The basic theories and application scenarios of each method are introduced in detail. By showcasing the state-of-the-art techniques and practical issues in SHM of historic buildings, potential development directions and optimization measures are given in such a scenario. Then, the SHM system of the Wukang Building in Shanghai is introduced as a case study. The digital maintenance activities including archive organization, build information modeling, numerical analysis, arrangement of sensor-based SHM system, and monitoring data analysis are introduced to elaborate the coordination between techniques.
