    为了解决分布式采集系统在强磁场、不同密封舱段的机体等特殊应用场景下的数据远距离传输问题,通过在测试点位置和主控采集端就近设计对应转换电路,提出了一种分布式传感采集系统采集数据高可靠的有线远距离传输方案。首先,在远离主控采集的被测点的测量端,数字传感信号直接经IIC/SPI远距离发送端电路输出,而模拟传感信号,先将其转变为数字量后再输出到发送端电路,在主控采集端经IIC/SPI远距离接收端电路解析后接入主控处理器,从而实现只需一个主控采集端即可完成分布式采集系统被测点传感器感知数据的远距离传输。该传输方法对于不同数据类型的传感器和传输协议,提出了针对性的解决方案,并对方案进行了测试与验证,结果显示传感信号传输稳定、质量良好。

    Abstract:

    In order to address the remote data transmission challenges in specialized scenarios such as those involving intense magnetic fields and diverse sealed compartments within a distributed acquisition system, an effective solution has been developed. This solution entails the strategic design of proximity-based conversion circuits at both the designated test point locations and the central control acquisition end. Under this scheme, at the measurement terminal situated remotely from the main control acquisition unit, digital sensing signals are directly transmitted through the IIC/SPI long-distance transmission circuitry. In contrast, analog sensing signals undergo a preliminary transformation into digital values before being channeled into the transmission circuit. Upon reaching the central control acquisition terminal, the IIC/SPI long-distance receiving circuitry interprets and integrates these signals into the central processing unit. This sophisticated design enables seamless long-distance data transmission from the sensing points to the central control acquisition terminal, effectively obviating the need for multiple control acquisition endpoints. The proposed transmission methodology is meticulously tailored to accommodate a range of sensor types and transmission protocols, and its efficacy has been rigorously examined and validated. The outcomes of extensive testing affirm the stability and high-caliber transmission of sensing signals achieved through this method.
