    在高比例可再生能源的渗透下,多微网联络线功率阻塞问题日益突出。针对该问题,本文提出了一种基于多微网系统调度运行结果的综合评价方法,可以合理分配阻塞功率与利润。首先,本文阐述了混合式多微网系统的结构与调度策略,制定了各子微网调度经济性、环保性、可靠性评价指标;其次,针对多微网联络线功率阻塞问题,多微网能量管理系统利用层次-熵权-博弈论组合权值法对各子微网指标定权,结合逼近理想解排序法对各子微网进行综合评价;最后利用综合评价结果进行联络线阻塞功率与利润分配。文中以4个子微网组成的多微网进行算例分析,结果表明:本文采用的评价指标合理,所提综合评价法能够提高多微网5.18%的利润,同时合理地分配多微网联络线阻塞功率与利润。

    Abstract:

    Under the penetration of high proportion of renewable energy, the problem of power congestion in multi-microgrid contact line is becoming more and more prominent. A comprehensive evaluation method based on the scheduling and operation results of the multi-microgrid system was proposed in this paper, aiming at addressing this problem, which can enable the reasonable allocation of congestion power and profit. Firstly, the structure and scheduling strategy of the hybrid multi-microgrid system were described in this paper, and the evaluation indexes of economy, environmental protection, and reliability of each sub-microgrid scheduling were formulated.; Secondly, to solve the problem of contact line power obstruction, the energy management system of multi-microgrid utilized the hierarchical analysis-entropy weight-game theory combination weight method to weight the indicators of each sub-microgrid, and then combines with the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS) method to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of each sub-microgrid; and finally, it utilized the results of the comprehensive evaluation for the distribution of contact line congestion power and profit. The results show that the evaluation indexes used in this paper are reasonable, and the proposed method can improve the profit of the Multi-microgrids by 5.18%, and at the same time reasonably distribute the congestion power and profit of the Multi-microgrid contact lines.
