    电动汽车的有序充放电对于社区微网的能量管理至关重要,本文以考虑可再生能源出力不确定性的社区微网为研究对象,为提高系统应对源侧波动的调节能力,将电动汽车有序充放电与需求响应相结合,以微网总运行成本最小为目标,构建了社区微网的分布式鲁棒优化调度模型。基于能量平衡及设备运行特性,建立了电动汽车及微网内相关设备的数学模型,采用分布式鲁棒优化对源侧不确定性进行处理;基于综合范数条件构建了可再生能源出力不确定集并采用C&CG算法求解模型得到具有鲁棒性的微网能量调度方案,算例分析表明所提方法使运行成本降低10.66%,电网交互成本降低13.9%,碳交易成本降低了6.39%。

    Abstract:

    The orderly charging and discharging of electric vehicles is crucial to the energy management of community micro grid. The research object was taken as the community micro grid considering the uncertainty of renewable energy output. A distributed robust optimal scheduling model, which aimed at minimizing the operating cost of micro grid and considered the combination of orderly charging and discharging of electric vehicles and demand response, was proposed to improve system's adjusting ability for source-side fluctuation. The mathematical model of electric vehicles and related equipment in micro grid was constructed according to energy balance and equipment’s operating characteristics. Source-side uncertainty was processed by using distributed robust optimization. The uncertainty set of renewable energy output was constructed by the comprehensive norm condition. The robust scheduling scheme of micro grid’s equipment was solved by C&CG algorithm. The example analyses show that proposed method reduces the operating, gird interaction and carbon trading cost by 10.66%, 13.9% and 6.39%, respectively.
