Abstract:In recent years, memory seats, as a new form of seating, have been favoured by consumers for their easy operation process. However, the vast majority of memory seats configurations domestic and overseas still facing the problem of high cost and low adjustment accuracy. In order to improve the experience of car owners, this study proposes a seat adaptive adjustment electronic control module, based on face recognition technology, through a more concise and efficient code to make the operation more convenient and the adjustment more accurate. Firstly, the best human recognition scheme is determined by using OpenCV through the microcontroller; then the MCU automatic control technology is used for the circuit design of the seat control system and the writing of the electronic control program; finally, the electronic control module is run and verified by using the STM32 microcontroller, and the recognition success rate reaches 92%. The research results show that the face recognition system ensures the recognition accuracy while controlling the cost, and it has practical significance for simplifying the seat adjustment process and improving the actual experience effect of users after combining with the memory seat in the car.
