    摘要:

    变体飞行器可根据任务需求,自适应地改变气动布局,从而获得最优的飞行品质。由柔性表皮及蜂窝支撑结构复合而成的柔性蒙皮是实现变体飞行器构型变化的关键结构形式之一。但由于泊松效应的影响,柔性蒙皮在变形中易产生“凹陷”和“鼓包”等面外变形模式。为此,首先研究了弹性模量、泊松比、表皮厚度、孔格尺寸、蜂窝构型等对面外变形的影响规律。然后基于孔格填充法,分析了填充物与蜂窝壁在粘接良好和未粘接状态下的变形特性。研究表明:柔性蒙皮的面外变形与相关参数并非都呈现出线性变化关系;在蜂窝孔格内填充弹性材料,可抑制柔性蒙皮的面外变形,但填充材料是否与蜂窝壁粘接良好,对柔性表皮面外变形影响较大,在工程设计时,需重点关注。

    Abstract:

    The morphing aircraft can adaptively change the aerodynamic layout according to the mission requirements to obtain the optimal flight quality. The flexible skin composed of flexible skin and honeycomb support structure is one of the key structural forms to realize the configuration change of morphing aircraft. However, due to the influence of Poisson effect, the flexible skin is prone to produce out-of-plane deformation modes such as " dent " and " bump " during deformation. Therefore, the effects of elastic modulus, Poisson "s ratio, skin thickness, cell size and honeycomb configuration on out-of-plane deformation were studied. Then, based on the hole filling method, the deformation characteristics of the filler and the honeycomb wall under well bonded and unbonded conditions were analyzed. The research shows that the out-of-plane deformation of the flexible skin and the related parameters do not all show a linear relationship ; filling elastic material in the honeycomb cell can inhibit the out-of-plane deformation of the flexible skin, but whether the filling material is well bonded to the honeycomb wall has a great influence on the out-of-plane deformation of the flexible skin, which needs to be paid attention to in engineering design.
