    摘要:

    为提升传统交流异步电机矢量控制系统的控制效果,解决由交流电机特性带来的响应速度慢和稳态抖动等问题,设计了一种模糊自适应矢量控制系统,对传统的矢量控制系统进行改进,设计了按转子磁场定向的四闭环矢量控制系统,并且针对传统矢量控制的稳态波动问题,加入了设计的定值控制器。在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建了仿真系统,为使实验结果更贴合实际,设计了交流异步电机所使用的整流逆变电路。仿真实验结果表明:该控制系统的动态性能更好,响应速度更快,且提升了抵抗负载的能力,具有更强的自适应性和鲁棒性。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the control effect of the traditional AC asynchronous motor vector control system and solve the problems of slow response speed and steady-state jitter caused by the characteristics of AC motor, a fuzzy adaptive vector control system is designed, the traditional vector control system is improved, a four-loop vector control system oriented by the rotor magnetic field is designed, and a fixed value controller is added for the steady-state fluctuation problem of traditional vector control. A simulation system was built in MATLAB/Simulink, and the rectifier inverter circuit used in AC asynchronous motor was designed to make the experimental results more realistic. The simulation results show that the dynamic performance of the designed four-loop control system is better, faster response, improved load resistance, and has stronger adaptability and robustness.
