Abstract:In order to improve the control effect of the traditional AC asynchronous motor vector control system and solve the problems of slow response speed and steady-state jitter caused by the characteristics of AC motor, a fuzzy adaptive vector control system is designed, the traditional vector control system is improved, a four-loop vector control system oriented by the rotor magnetic field is designed, and a fixed value controller is added for the steady-state fluctuation problem of traditional vector control. A simulation system was built in MATLAB/Simulink, and the rectifier inverter circuit used in AC asynchronous motor was designed to make the experimental results more realistic. The simulation results show that the dynamic performance of the designed four-loop control system is better, faster response, improved load resistance, and has stronger adaptability and robustness.
