In order to solve the problem that the distance between the front legs is too narrow, the beam will interfere with the front legs of the bridge erecting machine, and the existing bridge erecting machine can"t meet the requirements of beam feeding and erection, this paper puts forward a design scheme that the front legs of the bridge erecting machine for super-wide highway are retracted, which successfully solves the technical difficulties in the actual construction of steel-concrete bridges in Guizhou Province and realizes the efficient erection of the whole hole of the super-wide continuous super-wide steel main girder. Taking the laying of Xinping River Bridge on Duyun-Anshun Expressway in Guizhou Province as an example, the finite element analysis and on-site stress and deflection monitoring are carried out, which verifies the structural safety performance of the bridge erecting machine in this paper and provides reference for the application of ultra-wide highway bridges.
