    摘要:

    为探究灌浆速度、灌浆材料以及灌浆温度对预制装配式桥梁连接套筒灌浆密实度的影响机制,进而实现灌浆质量最优灌浆方案。本文依托广东省广州市东晓南路—广州南站连接线南段第二标段工程,基于响应面法设计出20组套筒灌浆试验,并通过电阻率法对密实度进行检测。研究结果表明,电阻率法测试结果与试件质量结果吻合度高,可很好地检测灌浆后的密实度,通过响应面法对密实度数据进行分析表明灌浆料的选取对灌浆质量影响大,建议选择高强无收缩灌浆料,灌浆温度控制在25℃,灌浆速度控制在30ml/s。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the influence mechanism of grouting speed, grouting material and temperature on the grouting density of prefabricated bridge connecting sleeve, and then realize the optimal grouting quality. In this paper, 20 sets of sleeve grouting tests are designed based on the response surface method, relying on the second section of the southern section of Dongxiaonan Road-Guangzhou South Railway Station connection line in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, and the compactness is checked by resistivity method. The results show that the resistivity test results are in good agreement with the quality results of specimens, which can well detect the compactness after grouting. The analysis of the compactness data by the response surface method shows that the selection of grouting material has a great influence on the quality of grouting. It is suggested to select high-strength non-shrinkage grouting material, control the grouting temperature at 25℃, and control the grouting speed at 30ml/s.
