The traditional water drive characteristic curve is no longer suitable for heavy oil reservoir developed by hot water drive, so it is necessary to establish the characteristic curve suitable for hot water drive. Based on the oil-water relative permeability data obtained from seepage experiments at different temperatures, the relationship between oil-water relative permeability ratio and water saturation was established considering the influence of temperature. On this basis, the characterization formula of hot water drive characteristic curve was deduced by using reservoir engineering method, and the hot water drive characteristic curve chart was established to evaluate the development effect of hot water drive. The results show that, The changes in formation temperature can be accurately reflected by the characteristic curve chart of hot water flooding during the hot water flooding process; The predicted recovery increase in the target block by using the hot water drive characteristic curve chart is 4.7%, and the numerical simulation prediction result is 5.1%; Compared to conventional water drive characteristic curves, the hot water drive characteristic curve can better fit the production data of the target block. The research results are of great significance for evaluating the development effect of hot water flooding in heavy oil reservoirs.
