    摘要:

    随着越来越多的骨科器械和植入物用于治疗受损的人体关节等组织,有限元分析法也在骨科工程领域有着更加广泛的应用。有限元分析法可以将复杂的结构划分为相互作用的小单元,进一步反应整体结构的应力、应变。本文基于有限元分析法在骨科器械和植入物方面的应用背景,归纳整理了有限元法在建模过程、植入物的材料结构选择、植入物的入路方式等方面的应用研究进展,对有限元分析法在骨科工程中的应用前景进行展望,并指出目前存在的不足,以期为骨科移植术前、术中、术后提供参考依据。

    Abstract:

    With more and more orthopedic instruments and implants used to treat damaged human joints and other tissues, finite element analysis has been more widely used in the field of orthopedic engineering. The finite element analysis method can divide the complex structure into small interacting elements to further reflect the stress and strain of the whole structure. Based on the application background of finite element analysis in orthopedic instruments and implants, this paper summarized and sorted out the application research progress of finite element method in modeling process, material structure selection of implants, implant approach, etc., prospected the application prospect of finite element method in orthopedic engineering, and pointed out the existing shortcomings. In order to provide reference for orthopedic transplantation before, during and after surgery.
