    为深入了解水泥改良粉质黏土的冻胀融沉特性,以福州地区四号线地铁所穿典型土层粉质黏土为例,分析了水泥浆掺量、养护龄期、冻结温度和水灰比四个因素对水泥改良粉质黏土的影响,获得单因素作用下改良土的冻胀融沉规律,确定了改良土的最佳水泥浆掺量为20%,最佳水灰比为0.8,并通过温度监测得出冻胀融沉试验过程中温度场的发展规律。通过SPSS Statistics建立多元线性回归方程,预测水泥改良粉质黏土在多因素综合作用下的冻胀率,分析得出对冻胀率影响程度大小为水泥浆渗入量>养护龄期>冷端温度>水灰比。

    Abstract:

    In order to deeply understand the freeze-heave and thawing characteristics of cement improved silty clay, taking the silty clay in the typical soil layer of Fuzhou Metro Line 4 as an example, the influences of four factors including cement slurry content, curing age, freezing temperature and water-cement ratio on cement improved silty clay were analyzed. The freeze-heave and thawing law of the improved soil under the action of single factor was obtained, and the optimal cement content of the improved soil was determined to be 20%. The optimum water-cement ratio is 0.8, and the development law of temperature field in the process of frost heave and melt sedimentation test is obtained through temperature monitoring. Multiple linear regression equations were established by SPSS Statistics to predict the frost heave rate of cement improved silty clay under the comprehensive action of multiple factors. Through analysis, it was found that the degree of influence on the frost heave rate was as follows: cement infiltration amount > curing age > cold end temperature > water-cement ratio.
