    摘要:

    相较于钢管混凝土(Concrete Filled Steel Tube,CFST)构件,中空夹层钢管混凝土(Concrete Filled Double Skin Steel Tube,CFDST)构件具有延性好、自重轻和刚度大等技术优势。为探明CFDST短柱的内、外钢管的径厚比和内填混凝土强度对轴压性能的影响规律,采用试验验证的数值有限元分析方法,考虑内填混凝土约束效应,开展了短柱轴压性能各参数敏感性分析。结果表明,有限元模型采用韩林海提出的混凝土本构关系,能够准确的模拟试验结果。当内填混凝土强度和内钢管径厚比相同时,外钢管径厚比从30增加到60时,平均延性指标和承载力分别降低了23.6%和26.4%;内钢管使得CFDST柱的延性和承载力分别提升24.5%和18.6%;内填混凝土强度从45 MPa增大到75 MPa,CFDST柱的极限承载能力可提升18%以上。

    Abstract:

    Compared with Concrete Filled Steel Tube (CFST) members, Concrete Filled Double Skin Steel Tube (CFDST) members have technical advantages such as good ductility, light weight, and high stiffness. In order to find out the influence of the diameter-thickness ratio of CFDST short columns and the strength of the inner-filled concrete on the axial compression performance, the numerical finite element analysis method verified by the test was used, and the confinement effect of the inner-filled concrete was considered, and the parameter sensitivity of axial compression performance of the short columns was carried out. The results show that the finite element model adopts the concrete constitutive relation proposed by Han Lin-hai, which can accurately simulate the test results. When the inner-filled concrete strength and inner steel tube diameter-thickness ratio are the same, following the outer steel pipe diameter-thickness ratio increases from 30 to 60, the average ductility index and load-bearing capacity decrease by 23.6% and 26.4% respectively; the inner steel tube can increase the ductility and load-bearing capacity of CFDST columns by 24.5% and 18.6% respectively; the strength of the inner-filled concrete increased from 45 MPa to 75 MPa, and the ultimate bearing capacity of the CFDST column increased by more than 18%.
